The people who come to this program aren't stuck because they don't know what they want. In fact, many of them already know what they want to change. They may have read the books, listened to the podcasts, or tried different strategies. Yet when it comes to take that next step, they find themselves holding back.
It might show up as overthinking, procrastination, or believing you're "just lazy." Maybe you've been wanting to change careers, start a business, speak up more, or set healthier boundaries, but something keeps holding you back. These aren't simply habits or a lack of willpower. More often, they're shaped by deeply held beliefs about yourself—beliefs formed through past experiences that once helped you navigate life but may now be limiting what's possible.

This work begins by bringing those hidden beliefs into awareness. Not to judge them—because they likely made sense when they first formed—but to understand them with curiosity and compassion. Together, we'll explore where they came from, what they've been protecting, and whether they still serve the life you want to create today.
From there, we'll begin experimenting with new ways of thinking, responding, and showing up—one meaningful step at a time. This isn't about forcing yourself to become someone else or simply learning to cope. It's about gently expanding what you believe is possible, building confidence through lived experience, and discovering that you're capable of creating meaningful change while becoming more fully yourself.

Hello, my name is Rena Wang, and I'm so grateful you're here!
I believe that lasting change begins with understanding ourselves. What often keeps us stuck isn't a lack of ability or motivation, but the beliefs and patterns we've developed over time—beliefs that may have once protected us, but no longer support the person we're becoming.
My coaching is grounded in the Immunity to Change framework and informed by my graduate studies in Human Development and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. I combine my understanding on adult development with a compassionate, thoughtful coaching approach to help people understand themselves more deeply, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
My role is to guide and support you through a thoughtful process of self-discovery. Together, we'll uncover what's been holding you back, understand it with curiosity and compassion, and help you create the changes you've been longing to make.
